3. Mercantile Non-Provision – (Tin Tomatoes, Maggi, Salt)
4. Domestic Farm Produce – A (Agushie, Maize, Groundnut, Millet)
5. Domestic Farm Produce – B (Gari, Edible Palm Oil, White Beans, Soya Bean)
6. Stationery Materials – A (Various)
7. Cleaning Materials – (Liquid Soap, Bine, Bleach, Keysoap, Washing Powder {Madar}, Tissue, Toilet Roll)
8. Building Materials – (Electrical Materials, Plumbing Materials, Carpentry Materials, Painting Materials)
9. Refreshment Items – (Various)
10. Classroom Furniture – (Tables, Chairs)

Eligibility Requirements All interested suppliers must have a:

• Valid Ministry of Water Resources, Works and Housing Certificate
• Valid business registration documents.
• Valid tax clearance certificate.
• Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
• Public Procurement Authority (PPA) Company Registration Certificate
• Detailed quotation and any relevant supporting documents indicated in the Tender Data.

Submission Guidelines Tenders must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly labeled with the category of interest.
